All orders ship between 7 – 10 business days after payment, unless noted as a backorder item. If your order contains an item on backorder, the entire order will not ship until that item is shipped. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. You should feel lucky you didn’t order the limited edition MILO bowling ball! If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

We will exchange damaged items or mistaken orders: As long as it has not been washed or worn, is still in sell-able condition, and is returned within 30 days of original order delivery date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with MILO. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. And we won’t even judge you if one of our beautiful shirts doesn’t fit you properly.



You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. “The same condition you received it” means unworn, not “ripped to shreds during passionate coupling after reading MILO’s best-selling book DANGEROUS.” You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately email you on the status of your refund after (among other things) using a CSI-style blacklight to check for suspicious stains.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a varying number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
